The PNLD II line of fully pneumatic no-loss drains offers a single solution that easily removes condensate with high levels of rust and oil, while eliminating air loss, even at elevated pressure.The Efficient Choice for Commercial and Industrial Applications:The PNLD II requires no electricity, pre-settings or manual intervention, making it ideal for use in commercial and industrial applications. Designed to work with a variety of system components including compressors, receiver tanks, in-line filters, water separators, dryers and coolers, the PNLD II is easy to install and operates virtually clog-free.To ensure maximum service life and compatibility, the PNLD II features a stainless steel float and air cylinder that accommodate higher operating pressures and resist deterioration from corrosion. The drain valves use Viton seals to prevent deterioration from lubricant carryover in the condensate.Robust Valve Design:The PNLD II features a unique air valve design that uses magnetic force to ensure a positive opening and closing to prevent metal particulate from clogging the drain. An innovative ball valve support and positioning system impedes side loading, which can cause premature sealing failure around the valve stem. Standard PNLD II:These heavy-duty drains can be used in most applications and environments. The PNLD II comes standard with a stainless steel float and actuating cylinder. Viton seals are used to ensure long-lasting performance and compatibility with all Ingersoll Rand coolants.
Stainless Steel PNLD II:In addition to all features found in the standard PNLD II, these drains include all stainless steel components to resist rust, corrosion and degrading contaminants found in both the ambient air and compressor generated condensate of harsh environments.

The LDV series condensate sensing type automatic Drain valves is the latest advancement in drain valve technology. These valves sense the condensate level for activation ensuring absolutely no loss of compressed air and hence results in enormous energy saving , This type of condensate sensing drain valves are highly efficient and reliable. Fault tolerant system is switching over into timer mode automatically while LDV fails to operate due to sensor failure. Timing cycle is every 2 min for a period of 2 seconds.

Features:

1) The electronic level control ensures proper draining of condensate and avoids unnecessary of air loss.

2) All the function of the valve are accurately indicated by the yellow LED.

3) Test switch (or) manual drain allows function test at any time.

4) Intelligent Controller detects probe failure and indicates Red LED for potential free relay NO change to NC.

5) Noise less as air is not discharged.

6) Inbuilt fault tolerant system ensures continuous operation of drain valves.

7) In-case of level probe failure drain valve gets ON 0.5 seconds of every 6 minutes.
